We encourage all employees and service professionals to report any suspected discrimination. You can report a complaint to any of the following:

  • Your supervisor

  • A member of the Human Resources department

  • The company's anonymous reporting hotline (if available)

All complaints will be investigated promptly and confidentially. We will take appropriate action to address any violations of this policy, up to and including termination of employment or termination of service provider contracts.

Training and Education

Insstanto is committed to providing regular training and education to all employees and service professionals on this Anti-Discrimination Policy and the importance of diversity and inclusion.
