If a service partner cancels a booking before the scheduled time, the customer will receive a full refund.

Repeated cancellations by the service partner may lead to penalties or suspension from the platform.

Cancellation by Customer:

More than 3 hours before the service: Cancellations are free of charge, and a full refund will be issued.

If a professional isn’t assigned: Customers can cancel anytime without any fee, and a full refund will be issued.

Within 3 hours of the service: A cancellation fee of up to ₹100 will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Service Quality Issues:

If a customer is unsatisfied with the service quality, they must report it within 24 hours of service completion.

Upon validation of the complaint, a full or partial refund may be issued, or the service may be rescheduled at no extra charge.

Technical Issues:

If technical issues on the app prevent a booking from being fulfilled, the customer will receive a full refund.

Technical issues faced by the service partner during service delivery must be reported immediately. Rescheduling or refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services:
